Among the affected passengers are a woman with a child aiming to attend a family event, an individual carrying an urn for a religious ceremony, and devotees heading to Sabarimala.
The airport issued an advisory urging passengers of other IndiGo flights to confirm their flight status directly with the airline. Airport staff are working alongside IndiGo to mitigate inconvenience. The advisory was publicized on their official platform, expressing gratitude for passengers' patience and cooperation.
