United Hospitality Management (UHM), a frontrunner in luxury and mixed-use hospitality management, has announced its strategic entry into the Indian market with the acquisition of Rosastays, a distinguished boutique hospitality brand.
This acquisition enlarges UHM's footprint across India with 17 operational properties located in premier tourist destinations such as Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, Pushkar, and Shimla, according to an official statement by the company.
In a transformative step, Deepika Arora will oversee UHM's Indian operations, steering selected Rosastays assets under the UHM brand between late 2025 and early 2026, with a vision of setting new standards in the hospitality sector.
