A tragic bus accident in Uttarakhand's Dehradun district claimed the lives of three passengers, including two women. The Himachal Roadways bus veered off the road and fell into a 100-meter deep gorge.

At least 10 others were seriously injured and quickly admitted to the hospital with the help of swift response from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and police teams. The bus driver, Dinesh Kumar from Shimla, was among the injured.

The ill-fated bus was traveling from Nerwa in Himachal Pradesh to Paonta Sahib with 36 passengers onboard. Preliminary investigations suggest the accident occurred as the bus was overtaken by a smaller vehicle, causing it to go out of control. Authorities are conducting a detailed investigation to determine the exact cause.
