Early Tuesday in northwest Delhi, a rickshaw puller lost his life to a hit-and-run. Meanwhile, a young woman was killed when an SUV crashed into a stationary truck in Rajokri. The pervasive road safety issues have prompted urgent calls for measures to prevent such tragedies.
