In the early hours of Sunday, a devastating car accident in Gujarat's Rajkot district claimed the lives of three individuals and left one critically injured. The tragic incident occurred at approximately 6:30 am when the speeding vehicle collided with the wall of the Jetalsar Junction railway bridge.
The victims, identified as Muskan Bagda (19), Arun Wala (20), and Jaideep Chauhan (20), were heading towards Jetpur from Junagadh when their car struck the overbridge wall. The collision was so severe that the vehicle split into two, with its parts landing on opposite sides of the road.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Rohit Dodiya reported that the injured passenger, 19-year-old Amish Parmar, is fighting for his life at a hospital in Junagadh. The Jetpur taluka police were quick to respond, clearing the scene with the assistance of a crane. Investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing.
