WeWork India Expands with New Delhi Co-working Hub
WeWork India has launched a new co-working centre in New Delhi, adding over 1,400 desks in Aerocity. This marks the 17th facility in the Delhi-NCR region, part of its growth strategy to address the increasing demand for flexible workspaces.
Realty giant WeWork India has unveiled a new co-working facility in New Delhi, expanding its footprint in the capital with an additional 1.1 lakh square feet of space.
The recently opened Aerocity centre can accommodate over 1,400 desks and is part of the company's broader expansion plan. This site marks the 17th WeWork location in the Delhi-NCR area.
As of December 2025, WeWork India operates 73 centres spanning 8.2 million square feet across major cities including Chennai, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. A report by Colliers India notes a significant 77% increase in office space leasing by co-working operators in early 2023, reflecting growing demand in the sector.
