Participants from BRICS member nations, along with representatives from key international organizations like the International Labour Organization, will deliberate on practical policy approaches and cooperation areas. This platform will allow member countries to exchange insights and experiences on policy measures, particularly focusing on women's employment and inclusion in the workforce.
The meeting aims to identify priority areas for advancing social security, formalizing labor markets, and strengthening digital infrastructure to improve workers' access to welfare benefits. Emerging skill requirements in response to changing work dynamics will also be discussed, with a particular emphasis on the role of digital technologies.
