Launched in 2025, Pronto has become a key player in organizing informal labor for household chores. The company's CEO, Anjali Sardana, highlights this as a significant shift in the consumer economy. Recent growth sees Pronto handling 26,000 bookings daily and employing 6,500 professionals in just four months.
The company is focused on expanding its reach and service offerings, planning to deepen presence in existing markets over the next six months. Additions to its lineup include car washing and gardening, with a home-cook service currently being piloted in Bengaluru.
