Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd has announced an 11% rise in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 95.57 crore for the quarter ending in March. This marks a growth from Rs 85.75 crore in the same quarter last year.

The real estate giant's total income also saw a significant increase, rising to Rs 322.03 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 198.13 crore for the corresponding period of the previous year, as per a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

For the entire 2025-26 fiscal year, the company's net profit surged to Rs 237.08 crore, up from Rs 227.41 crore the year prior. Likewise, the total income expanded to Rs 818.71 crore, compared to Rs 569.27 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal period.
