Kerala Achieves High Performer Status in LEADS 2025 Ranking

Kerala has transitioned from an 'Aspirer' to 'High Performers' category in the recently released LEADS 2025 ranking, marking a significant achievement in logistics efficiency.

Former Industries Minister P Rajeev attributes this success to the strategic initiatives and long-term planning of the previous LDF government, despite electoral setbacks. The LEADS ranking, unveiled by Union Minister Piyush Goyal, serves as a vital tool for logistics performance benchmarking and reform across the nation.

Rajeev highlighted that initiatives such as the NH-66 expansion, hill highway project, and coastal highway, along with the adoption of digital technology and electric vehicles, were pivotal in enhancing the state's logistics infrastructure. He also acknowledged the collaborative efforts of officials and stakeholders in reaching this milestone.
