In a notable move towards environmental consciousness, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma opted for an electric vehicle instead of his usual convoy car, supporting a nationwide initiative to conserve fuel.
Coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal, Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa also forwent official transportation, boarding a Rajasthan Roadways bus to emphasize resource conservation.
The campaign underscores the urgency for public transport adoption and reduced private vehicle reliance, amidst rising global energy challenges.
