Mumbai-based real estate firm Arkade Developers announced a significant consolidated net loss of Rs 109.45 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026. This marks a sharp decline from the company’s net profit of Rs 33.26 crore during the same period last year.
The company's total income saw a substantial increase to Rs 199.06 crore, up from Rs 134.34 crore the previous year. The loss primarily resulted from a Rs 182.17 crore reduction in the value of tenancy rights reported in the past quarter.
Looking at the overall 2025-26 fiscal year, Arkade Developers' net profit dwindled to Rs 5.37 crore, a steep fall from Rs 156.93 crore in the prior fiscal year. Despite this downturn, the company’s total income climbed to Rs 828.16 crore, compared to Rs 694.60 crore the year before.
To date, Arkade Developers has completed over 5.5 million square feet of property development, with more than 2 million square feet actively under construction, indicating ongoing expansion efforts.
