The auction gathered intense interest, resulting in a remarkable winning bid of approximately Rs 237 crore per acre, far surpassing the initial reserve price of Rs 139 crore per acre.
Covering a prime 6.29-acre multi-use land parcel, this auction marked an impressive 34 per cent increase from the TGIIC’s previous auction record in 2025. The competitive bidding, facilitated via the MSTC e-Auction platform, brought in a total transaction value of nearly Rs 1,490.73 crore. Commenting on the successful outcome, K Shashanka, TGIIC’s Vice Chairman and Managing Director, highlighted that investor and developer confidence in Hyderabad and Telangana played a crucial role. Shashanka also credited the state’s leadership for establishing a business-friendly environment.
The extraordinary e-auction outcome is poised to further cement Telangana’s position as a leading destination for investment, reflecting both the state's dynamic growth trajectory and the strategic appeal of its land assets.
