Tragic Tractor-Trolley Overturn Claims Six Lives in Madhya Pradesh

A devastating accident took place in Madhya Pradesh's Anuppur district when a tractor-trolley overturned, resulting in six deaths and injuries to 40 others. The vehicle was carrying around 50 individuals to a religious ceremony in Bijaura village.

Authorities indicated that the tragedy struck near Bijaura village after the driver lost control of the vehicle. Some victims died instantly, while others succumbed during medical treatment. The injured are receiving care at the Pali community health centre and the medical college in Umaria.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed deep sorrow over the event and conveyed condolences to the affected families. The state government has pledged to provide Rs 4 lakh to each family of the deceased as assistance.
