Finland's beverage firm Veen is looking to raise Rs 9.7 crore (EUR 1.2 million) through crowdfunding. Veen is offering its shares at a price of EUR 8.56 per share with a minimum lot size of 50 shares (worth EUR 428 or Rs 35,000) in order to make the ticket size affordable for smaller investors (individuals), the company said in a statement.

"Looking at raising Rs 9.7 crore or Eur 1.2 million in this round, Veen is offering equity of 6.47-15.08 per cent through somewhat of a mini IPO (initial public offer)," the company added. The crowdfunding round began on March 5 and will be open to investors around the globe until April 2, 2019.
