Since its inception in 1999, Magic Bus has impacted the lives of 30 lakh adolescents by equipping them with the skills needed for success in school, life, and work. Speaking to PTI, founder Matthew Spacie revealed that the organization aims to expand its reach, impacting an additional 65 lakh young people.
Global CEO Jayant Rastogi emphasized the importance of demand-supply gap assessments before launching new skill programs, ensuring alignment with market needs. This approach includes engaging with potential employers to tailor training programs that maximize employability.
