School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains announced the program's objective: to understand and nurture the dreams of students graduating from government schools. The initiative involves sending out a Google Form to gather information on students' immediate and long-term plans, including higher education, entrepreneurship, or competitive exams.

The information collected will help the state government develop suitable support mechanisms. District education officers will oversee the initiative, ensuring effective monitoring and providing necessary assistance to students.
