Controversy has erupted after a video surfaced showing students of a ZP school in Buldhana district cleaning the premises allegedly to welcome Maharashtra minister Dada Bhuse. The video, which quickly went viral, has prompted calls for an inquiry.
Education minister Bhuse, who attended the event marking the start of the academic year 2025-26 as a chief guest, responded by calling the incident "wrong" and vowed to conduct a thorough investigation.
Condemnation came from Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Jayshree Shelke, who called for a formal probe and urged the state government to take appropriate action against those involved in the incident.
