In a proud moment for Punjab, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday honored three girl students who secured the top three positions in the PSEB Class 12 results, each achieving a perfect score. The distinguished students Supneet Kaur from Mansa, and Suhani Chauhan and Divyanshi from Ludhiana, received cash prizes of Rs 50,000 for their exceptional accomplishments.
Chief Minister Mann praised the trio, noting their excellence in both academics and sports. He affirmed the government's commitment to supporting their future aspirations, emphasizing that this achievement represents true empowerment and a new dawn for socio-economic progress in Punjab.
The results highlighted the continued academic excellence of girls, who overwhelmingly outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 94.73% compared to 88.52% for boys. The trend of girls leading in educational achievements continues, reflecting significant advancement in societal gender dynamics.
