Karnataka's Medical Education sector is on the brink of transformation, as Additional Chief Secretary Mohammed Mohsin announced upcoming guidelines for AI implementation. This move is expected to significantly benefit students and colleges across the state.
During the 'Campus to Career – Future Ready University of Colleges' summit, Mohsin highlighted plans for a protocol and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for AI, ensuring ethical use within educational frameworks.
Moreover, a new Innovation Centre is set to be established at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, while NIMHANS-model hospitals are to be instituted in Mysuru and Kalaburagi to tackle mental health concerns.
