Google Doodle celebrates Fatima Surayya Bajia’s 88th Birthday

Fatima Surayya Bajia was the leading personality of television and literary world. She was also famous for the novels, drama writing. She also worked on radio and stage in addition to television. Her work is worthwhile with respect to social and well-being. Google Doodle is celebrating her 88th birth anniversary.
The family of Ms. Fatima also holds a prominent place in the literary world. Ms. Bajia did not get any regular school education. Yet, she created a name in the world of literature and writing.
She was born on September 1,1930, in Rishore district of Indian state of Hyderabad. Immediately after the partition, she came to Pakistan with her family.
In 1996, she was awarded the Pride of Performance Award. She was also awarded the Japan's highest civil award.
President of Pakistan in 2012 awarded her the high civil award of Hilal-i-Imtiaz.
She died on February 10, 2016 at 85 years.
