Public Invited to Explore Amrit Udyan This Season

The iconic Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan will open to the public from August 16 to September 15. The garden will be accessible daily from 10 am to 6 pm, with Mondays designated as maintenance days. Special dates are set aside for sportspersons and teachers. The iconic Amrit Udyan will open its gates to the public for an entire month starting this Friday, as announced by the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the Amrit Udyan Summer Annuals Edition on Wednesday, declaring that the garden will welcome visitors from August 16 to September 15, between 10 am and 6 pm, except on Mondays reserved for maintenance.

Special days have been designated with August 29 set aside for sportspersons in honor of National Sports Day and September 5 reserved for teachers on Teachers' Day. Entry is free but requires mandatory registration, which can be done online or at self-service kiosks outside gate no 35.
