Salaam-e-Jagjit Lights Up Delhi with Timeless Melodies

Salaam-e-Jagjit, an emotional tribute to the legendary Jagjit Singh, captivated audiences at Siri Fort Auditorium, Delhi. Organized by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the event featured ghazal singer Nisschal Zaveri and prominent guests like Maestro Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan. The evening highlighted Jagjit Singh’s memorable songs.

Salaam-e-Jagjit, a heartfelt homage to the legendary Jagjit Singh, concluded recently at Siri Fort Auditorium in Delhi, captivating a packed audience with a stirring showcase of the maestro’s most cherished songs.

Organized by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the event featured acclaimed ghazal singer, producer, and composer Nisschal Zaveri, accompanied by talented musicians. They collectively breathed life into Singh’s iconic music. The concert also enjoyed the distinguished presence of Maestro Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan, Mrs. Subhalaxmi Khan, Delhi Metro's voice Mr. Shaami Narang, and Doordarshan Director General Ms. Kanchan Prasad.

Nisschal Zaveri, celebrated for his dedication to the ghazal art form, delivered powerful performances of beloved ghazals like 'Pyaar Ka Pehla Khat' and 'Aahista Aahista,' delighting audiences with an evening of evocative melodies and timeless classics. Additionally, Zaveri paid tribute to India's nightingale, Lata Mangeshkar, on her birthday with 'Lag Ja Gale.'
