Global Spotlight: India's Heritage Showcased on World Stage

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for showcasing India's cultural heritage globally, notably for gifting sacred items to Mauritius President Prithvirajsing Roopun. Adityanath highlighted Modi's role in promoting 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' and the 2025 Maha Kumbh, which attracted millions worldwide.

Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing India's rich cultural heritage to the international forefront. He emphasized Modi's recent gesture of presenting sacred gifts to Mauritius President Prithvirajsing Roopun as a significant moment of cultural diplomacy.

Adityanath took to social media platform X to express his admiration for Modi, labeling him the 'world's most popular' politician. He pointed to the upcoming 2025 Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj as a symbol of India's renowned ethos of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', being celebrated worldwide.

The chief minister also commended Modi for offering Mauritius President the holy water from Triveni Sangam, alongside a Banarasi saree and other unique cultural artifacts. The Maha Kumbh, a significant religious gathering in India occurring every 12 years, recently witnessed a turnout of over 66 crore global visitors.
