Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta is taking a distinctive approach to this year's Rakshabandhan celebration by distributing special gift packages crafted by a self-help group in Shahdara. These packages are intended for her cabinet colleagues and senior BJP leaders.

The offerings include a collection of traditional items such as a rakhi, sweets, 'roli', and 'tilak'. In an announcement, Gupta highlighted the initiative's role in promoting women's employment through self-help groups, a focus the Prime Minister supports.

Rohtas Nagar MLA Jitender Mahajan emphasized the superior quality of products made by the SHGs, adding that promoting these groups' goods is integral to uplifting the community. Such efforts not only boost employment but also showcase the skill and dedication of women involved in these projects.
