The cinematic thriller 'Sinners' is making a comeback to IMAX theatres just in time for Halloween, as announced by Variety. Directed by Ryan Coogler and featuring Michael B. Jordan, the movie is slated for a brief engagement in select venues from October 30.

This marks the second such re-release of 'Sinners' in premium IMAX format after its original run was truncated to accommodate the release of Marvel's 'Thunderbolts'. Warner Bros. claims that this limited screening will present the film as Coogler originally intended, showcasing its distinct visual narrative and heartfelt performances.

Initially premiered in April, 'Sinners' notched a USD 48 million opening, noted for being the largest debut for an original film since Jordan Peele's 'Us'. The storyline, set in the 1930s, features Jordan playing twin brothers navigating a supernatural ordeal in a southern town.
