Prime Minister Narendra Modi capped his two-day Gujarat tour with a roadshow in Vadodara, drawing throngs of supporters and cultural performances. Crowds lined the 1.5-kilometer route from Gada Circle to the airport, proudly waving the Tricolour and banners associated with BJP symbols.
Accompanied by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi, and BJP state president Jagdish Vishwakarma, Modi's entourage was greeted with loud chants of 'Modi Modi' and 'Jai Shri Ram'. The route was festooned with lights and resounded with the beats of Bengali and Gujarati music performances.
This cultural showcase followed Modi's address at the Sardar Dham Hostel inauguration by the Patidar community and his participation in the Somnath Amrut Mahotsav, commemorating 75 years since the historic temple's reconstruction.
