An 18-year-old man, identified as Aman Kumar, tragically lost his life after falling from a swing at the Malmas fair in Bihar's Nalanda district, local police reported on Tuesday.

The incident unfolded at around 9 pm on Monday at the annual fair in Rajgir town. Rajgir SHO Raman Kumar confirmed that the young man fell from a significant height.

An FIR has been filed, resulting in the arrest of the swing operator. Preliminary investigations suggest that Kumar may have been taking a selfie or creating a social media reel at the time of his fall, according to Jitendra Ram, the officer in charge of Malmas fair police station.
