Britain must stop arguing on Brexit: Trade Minister

Trade Minister Liam Fox said on Sunday it was time to stop arguing about the outcome of Britain's 2016 decision to leave the European Union and that the country was facing a crucial few months.

"We must stop re-fighting the referendum and come together to honour the democratic will of the British people or we will risk undermining faith in that democratic system itself," Fox told the Conservative Party annual conference in Birmingham.

"The decisions that we take in the coming days and months will profoundly shape our relationship with the European Union and the world beyond as we develop a vision of a truly global Britain."
