Texas driver charged with eight counts of manslaughter in crash

A Texas man was charged with eight counts of manslaughter on Monday, accused mowing down pedestrians with his SUV near a homeless shelter that attends to migrants in Brownsville, killing eight people and inuring 18 others, police said.
