Former Wagner mercenary commander Andrei Troshev is now working for Russia's Defence Ministry, RIA Novosti news agency quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying on Friday.
On Thursday, Troshev and President Vladimir Putin discussed how voluntary fighting units are used in the Ukraine war.
