Germany to thoroughly examine EU recommendation for Ukraine membership talks

Germany will examine the EU Commission's recommendation to start membership talks with Ukraine thoroughly before making a decision, a government spokesperson said on Wednesday.

The membership talks were dependent on the success of reforms, the spokesperson said.
