Fire breaks out at huge underground oil storage facility in Belarus - authorities

A fire has broken out at a huge underground oil storage facility in Vitebsk region, Belarus, the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry said on Thursday.

The tank, which can hold 30,000 metric tons of oil, belongs to the Belarusian state-run company Gomeltransneft Druzhba.
