Chhattisgarh CM Meets Union Minister to Accelerate Development Projects

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy CM Vijay Sharma held a crucial meeting on Wednesday with Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to review various development schemes and upcoming projects in Chhattisgarh. According to a press release, the meeting took place at Mandaviya's residence in New Delhi.
Chief Minister Sai briefed Dr. Mandaviya on the progress made in labor, employment, and sports sectors in the state. He highlighted several initiatives taken by the Chhattisgarh government to protect workers' interests, including increased minimum wages, labor welfare schemes, and new employment opportunities. Sai sought more cooperation from the central government to further reduce unemployment in the state.
In discussions on youth and sports, the Chief Minister detailed efforts to expand sports facilities and promote sports talent, especially in rural and tribal regions. He urged Dr. Mandaviya for additional central support to help Chhattisgarh's youth excel nationally and internationally. Mandaviya appreciated the state's developmental strides and assured all possible support to ensure the success of the implemented schemes.
