Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Saturday took part in the Kamma Global Summit held in Hyderabad. During the event, CM Reddy defined 'Kamma' as symbolizing hard work and motherly affection, highlighting the community's significant presence in fertile lands.
Praising the Kamma community, he stated that their fundamental trait is diligent work and aiding others. He also expressed gratitude for their respect and affection towards him. Reddy commended N T Rama Rao for establishing a leadership brand and creating political opportunities for many.
The CM emphasized his respect for all castes and creeds, urging collaboration to elevate Hyderabad to a global city. He assured there is no discrimination in Telangana, urging Telugu leaders to aim for national excellence. Additionally, he pledged resolution of the Kamma Sangam land dispute and provision of funds for community buildings.
