Rashmi Sinha, Co-Founder of VillageNama, highlighted the significance of technology in addressing employment issues, citing schemes like 'Namo Drone Didi' as crucial interventions.

'Drone Didi' Shabina Khatoon shared her experience with drone technology for agricultural purposes, becoming a community role model. Meanwhile, 'Lakhpati Didi' scheme beneficiary Sheela Yadav spoke about her journey to financial independence through skill development and self-help groups. The seminar underscored the need for targeted interventions to empower rural women and the youth.
