In a significant move to boost investments, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma hosted senior officials from Central government-owned Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) in New Delhi. Sharma urged the officials to seize new business opportunities within the state. The event saw the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several leading public and private sector companies. Key CPSEs such as Indian Oil, NTPC Green Energy Limited, NHPC, and others inked investment MoUs across sectors including renewable energy, power transmissions, oil and gas, and logistics.

The Rajasthan Government delegation outlined the state's emerging business scenario and recent pro-business reforms to over 50 central public sector enterprises. The forum featured officials from major companies like Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Electronics, and the Container Corporation of India. Officials emphasized the state's potential, highlighting significant resources like renewable energy potential, mineral reserves, and a skilled workforce.

Rajneesh Narang, Chairman & Managing Director of HPCL, praised the state's pro-business reforms, citing the Barmer refinery's development as a prime example. Manoj Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Electronics Limited, spoke about emerging defense manufacturing opportunities in the state. Chief Minister Sharma underscored the state's potential in sectors like petrochemicals and tourism while detailing fiscal incentives to foster ease of doing business.
