In a significant step towards economic transformation, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Wednesday. This meeting, announced by the Prime Minister's Office, is part of Reddy's broader strategy to advance Telangana's growth.
On the previous day, Reddy engaged with Queensland representatives in Hyderabad to explore investment opportunities across various sectors. Discussions of a potential Memorandum of Understanding in areas such as industry, sports, and trade took place, with Telangana's IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu present. The meeting occurred at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
Queensland's response was promising, as Governor Jeannette and Minister Ros Bates expressed keen interest in formalizing investment agreements. This initiative is part of Reddy's ambitious plan to elevate Telangana's economy to a trillion-dollar stature over the next decade. The Chief Minister also opened the "Bio Asia 2025" conference, emphasizing Telangana's commitment to innovation and growth.
