Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami partook in the Holi Milan Samaroh, hosted in New Delhi by Minister of State and Almora-Pithoragarh MP Ajay Tamta. Embracing the festive zeal, Dhami engaged in cultural programs, reveling alongside fellow BJP leaders in the vibrant celebrations.
Accompanied by BJP National Secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam, Dhami described the widespread enthusiasm marking the Holi celebrations. Gautam noted the universal observance of the festival and linked the festivities to recent successes in Delhi. 'Delhi is filled with new colors,' he remarked to ANI.
Earlier, CM Dhami was present at a Holi Milan event organized by the Municipal Corporation Dehradun. During the occasion, he inaugurated an e-fund website to enhance financial transparency, as per an official statement. Wishing people joy and unity, he emphasized cultural harmony and passing down traditions to future generations.
Highlighting governmental efforts, CM Dhami spoke about initiatives to elevate Dehradun's living standards. The municipal corporation is enhancing public facilities and cleanliness, with projects like a Rs 5 crore yoga park in Kedarpuram and a Rs 1.3 crore park in Yamuna Colony underway.
