Director General Military Operations, Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, commended India's sophisticated air defense system during a press briefing on Monday, stating that Pakistan had no chance of breaching the multilayered fortifications to hit Indian airfields or logistics.

According to Lt. Gen. Ghai, India's defense is a blend of Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems, air defense weaponry, and electronic warfare, effectively deterring attacks. 'Even with Pakistani attempts on May 9 and 10, our grid held strong,' he noted, likening it to a formidable Australian cricket duo.

He expressed admiration for the Border Security Forces' role in repelling these assaults, highlighting their commitment and quoting the Hindi proverb about determination. The Indian Armed Forces' recent Operation Sindoor struck numerous terror bases in Pakistan, significantly impacting their military capabilities without harming civilians.
