Jakson Green's Leap into Wind Energy: A New Era of Renewable Power in Gujarat

In a landmark move, Jakson Green's subsidiary, JGRJ Three Solar Private Ltd, has sealed its inaugural wind Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL), marking a significant stride into the realm of utility-scale wind energy.
The project, valued at Rs 3.59 per unit, involves the delivery of over 300,000,000 kWh units of clean energy annually, thereby achieving a reduction of approximately 250,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year.
Set to become operational within 24 months, this 100 MW initiative underscores Jakson Green's commitment to diversifying its renewable energy portfolio, leveraging India's enormous wind potential, and accelerating the country's stride towards a sustainable energy future.
