India cyber safety app mandate "breach of privacy", main opposition party tells parliament

India's main opposition Congress party asked the upper house of parliament on Wednesday for permission to discuss issues related to the contentious cyber safety app, saying the order is a "clear breach of privacy of every smartphone/cell phone user".
