A transformative 15,000-km yatra promoting farm mechanisation has concluded in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Initiated from Gujarat's Dwarka by a private firm, the journey traversed nine states, directly engaging with over 10,000 farmers to showcase modern agricultural technologies and mechanised solutions.
The campaign, championed by STIHL India's marketing director Shobhit Bahel, aimed to accelerate mechanisation in Indian agriculture, thereby enhancing productivity and reducing dependency on manual labor. The initiative presented a platform for farmers to experience advanced farming equipment firsthand.
Throughout the journey, live product demonstrations, interactive farmer sessions, and on-ground knowledge-sharing activities were conducted, presenting innovative, efficient, and reliable farming equipment to empower Indian farmers with cutting-edge agricultural practices.
