The discussion focused on reviving the stalled Siemens electricity project, including finance through Deutsche Bank, and the acquisition of used German helicopters to enhance Nigeria's reconnaissance capabilities in the Sahel region.
The leaders also explored expanding collaboration in rail transport, creative industries, and skill development, with Merz supporting plans for a Museum of African arts.
