Youth's Disturbing Act Sparks Panic at Ambedkar Circle

A young man allegedly slit his throat at Ambedkar Circle, Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh, instilling panic among the public, according to Renigunta Inspector Jayachandra on Friday. The youth, traveling from Assam to Coimbatore, reportedly missed his train, leading to the alarming incident.
Inspector Jayachandra recounted, "The youth missed his train, then proceeded to Ambedkar Colony, seized a knife from a local chicken shop, and suddenly turned the weapon on himself on the road. Startled locals fled upon witnessing the scene." Police quickly arrived after being alerted, and the injured youth was found collapsed on the road. He was subsequently transported to a hospital for urgent care.
In the aftermath, police contacted the man's associates, who illuminated details about his erratic behavior. Inspector Jayachandra told reporters, "His close associates were informed and disclosed his history of occasional abnormal behaviors. Such incidents had reportedly occurred before. He has since been retrieved by his acquaintances." Further updates are anticipated. (ANI)
