Ukraine has been intensifying attacks on civilian infrastructure in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday.
One of the latest examples was a Ukrainian drone attack on an oil refinery in the city of Tuapse, he said in comments broadcast on Russian television.
