In a harrowing incident, the Ulhasnagar Police have arrested two individuals linked to the alleged brutal assault of women in the Vitthal Wadi area. The arrest comes after a disturbing video showing women being battered, partially stripped, and humiliated with garlands of slippers gained widespread attention online. According to Ulhasnagar ACP Shailesh Kale, the altercation arose from a conflict between two families over temple access.

Kale stated that a case has been filed against seven individuals, and so far, two arrests have been made. The dispute, rooted in a rivalry between families of the same community, escalated to violence, prompting police to register charges against involved parties. Meanwhile, another unsettling incident in Delhi has come to light.

The Delhi Police have detained two persons, a bus driver, and his aide, following allegations of a sexual assault on a woman aboard a private bus. The alleged crime occurred between Rani Bagh and Nangloi. The victim reported the incident via a PCR call, leading to the immediate arrest of accused individuals, Umesh and Ramendra. Police actions are underway, and an FIR was filed at the Rani Bagh Police Station under relevant sections.
