Modi's tribute was echoed by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who acknowledged Munda’s pivotal role in India’s freedom movement through his call for 'Ulgulan'. CM Yogi lauded Munda's life as a beacon of sacrifice and national devotion, urging continued reverence for his contributions.

Vice President CP Radhakrishnan also commended Munda’s unwavering pursuit of justice and self-respect, linking his legacy to India's ongoing efforts for social justice and inclusive development. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari highlighted Munda's dedication to the nation and the rights of tribal communities, marking his martyrdom day with profound respect.
