YSRCP's Massive Petition Against Medical College Privatization

YSRCP leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to meet Governor S Abdul Nazeer on December 17. The agenda: deliver a petition with one crore signatures opposing the privatization of newly established government medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The YSRCP has accused the NDA coalition government of planning to transfer these public colleges to private entities, a move they claim will undermine essential public health services in the state.
The signatures, collected from 26 districts, will be transported to Vijayawada in specially arranged vehicles for the formal submission. YSRCP leaders are set to accompany Jagan to Raj Bhavan to highlight their stance against the proposed privatization.
