Uttar Pradesh Greenlights State-of-the-Art Medical Infrastructure in Lucknow
The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet approved a Rs 855 crore plan for a 1010-bedded multi-speciality hospital at Lucknow's Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute. The project includes a new OPD Block and a 200-seat Teaching Block, enhancing healthcare and education facilities to accommodate increasing patient numbers and advance medical learning.

The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has taken a major step to enhance healthcare services by approving the construction of a vast multi-speciality hospital at the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow.
Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna announced the allocation of Rs 855 crore for this ambitious infrastructure project, designed to bolster the state's healthcare capacity.
The plan includes a 1010-bed emergency centre, a new OPD Block, and a 200-seat Teaching Block, all equipped with cutting-edge technology, to better serve patients and medical students from across Uttar Pradesh.
